Lady in White

Floating free, submerged only bodily
still I see above
the watery horizon of my mind.

Above me darkened sky,
moon's silvery aspect,
racing clouds soon obscure.

Below me, depths unknown,
mysterious, swimming creatures
softened earth like shoulders of mud.

Trust in the floating, flying, feeling,
supporting only fluidity,
free-flowing feelings.

Reality submerging, transforming, arising,
flowing, fountains springing, splurging,
reeling, splashing, stupendous, feeling fishes.

New worlds surfacing, semi-conscious
islands, peopled, ports, and pinnacles,
Sailors, pirates, spices, seaports.

All emerge from the sleeping lady
dreaming existence into being,
god-like creating, a living spinning.
